Despite the cold and wet weather we had lots of people come to see us at Ely market today. Everyone we talked to was supportive and welcomed what we’re campaigning for.
It feels like there is a substantial proportion of the community who want quality cycle infrastructure. Which is really nice to see. It was brilliant to get such a positive response.
We’ve ended the day having doubled our membership and with a few new useful contacts for some of the projects we’re working on. Thanks to all the members who came down to staff the stall despite the foul weather.
